David was a wonderful man, a role model to me in so many ways. We spent many great years together, listening to your stories, often over a red wine or Mythos, roast dinners, BBQ’s in the summer, or lazy afternoons on a sailing boat. These times I will never forget, and I appreciated every single moment. I am so indebted to your wisdom, kindness, and warm heart towards the girls, Emily, and myself.
